RETURNS POLICY
At RimLux, we value your satisfaction and want you to be pleased with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt after which time we will not be able to process your return. 

To initiate a return, please contact us on info@rimluxshop.co.uk, kindly stating the reason for your return - this helps us improve our products and service. We will guide you through the return process accordingly.

Refunds
RimLux aims to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase upon review of the returned items.

Condition of Sunglasses
Products must be returned in their original unused condition. This includes all original packaging, tags and accessories (if applicable).

Proof or purchase
To process your return please provide your purchase order number. 

Exchanges
Sunglasses will be replaced and shipping expenses covered for all defective products or products damaged upon delivery. An exchange for a new pair of glasses (of the same value) or refund can be requested. Please indicate your preference when initiating the return.

 

Shipping
Please note RimLux does not provide prepaid return labels, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for all returned items.
